#commanding leader:
tends to give clear directions and expects their team to follow them without question.
Communication style: authoritative and directive.
Productivity: "i need you to complete this task by the end of the day. "
project delivery: "do it this way because i said so. "
growth: "follow my lead, and we will succeed. "

#servant leader:
values their team members' opinions and actively listens to their ideas. They believe in supporting and serving their team to achieve their goals.
Communication style: empathetic and supportive.
Productivity: "how can i support you in achieving your goals? "

growth: "what can i do to make your job easier? "

#coach leader:
focused on helping their team members grow and develop their skills. They provide guidance, feedback, and support to help their team members reach their full potential.
Communication style: constructive and encouraging.
Productivity: "let's work together to identify areas where you can improve. "
project delivery"here's some feedback on your work, and here's how you can improve. "
growth: "i believe in your potential, and i'm here to support you. "
