this is a shared belief among team members about the team's ability, image and impact.
-team belief creates ownership of the role, cohesion, collaboration and long-term success

#customer belief: results in stronger relationships
-this is an employee's belief in the value and quality of the products or services their organization provides to its customers.
-customer belief can impact an employee's motivation to provide excellent customer service.
